Understand the Risks in Collected Data

Apps need to collect data. But not all collected data is risky. Assessor View classifies your app's collected data into the following categories:

Risk 1: Directly Identifiable Data GDPR Personal Data

This refers to personal data that can uniquely identify an individual or a device without the use of any additional information. Examples include an email address, passport number, phone number, and IP address.

Risk 2: Partially Identifiable Data GDPR Personal Data

This type of personal data can identify an individual or a device when combined with additional information. Examples include a pin code, postal address, age, and gender.

Risk 3: Access Data

This category includes data that can grant access to an individual but may not identify an individual or device. Examples include a password, CVV, and OTP.

Risk 4: Context-Dependent Data

This type of data may identify an individual or a device depending on its content and context. Examples include the content of an email or a message containing privacy-related information.
