Understand the Warning Scale

Assessor View's dashboard classifies every privacy-related program slice into the following six warnings:

A. Very low privacy risk GDPR Article 5

⚠️ Data collection, but no processing operations.

Legal recommendation: Explain why data collection is necessary. Explore if data minimization is possible, otherwise you may be violating GDPR Article 5.

B. Low risk GDPR Article 5

⚠️ Data collection and string manipulations, but no other processing operations.

Legal recommendation: Explain why data collection is necessary. Explore if data minimization is possible, otherwise you may be violating GDPR Article 5.

C. Moderate privacy risk GDPR Article 13 GDPR Article 25 GDPR Article 32

⚠️ Data is being processed in the app.

Legal recommendation: Document data usage (GDPR Article 13), ensure data protection according to GDPR Articles 25 and 32.

D. Significant privacy risk GDPR Article 13 GDPR Article 25 GDPR Article 32

⚠️ Data is being processed multiple times in the app.

Legal recommendation: Document data usage (GDPR Article 13), ensure data protection according to GDPR Articles 25 and 32.

E. High privacy risk GDPR Article 13 GDPR Article 25 GDPR Article 32

⚠️ Data shared with third-party APIs at least once.

Legal recommendation: Document data sharing (GDPR Article 13), and ensure data protection according to GDPR Articles 25 and 32.

F. Very high privacy risk GDPR Article 13 GDPR Article 25
